In this video, I talk about an innovative approach that makes it possible to provide an application solution for organizations without doing a preliminary project of an ERP system
A few months ago I was approached by a company that asked me to manage an application project for them. They did not know that before an application, a preliminary project is required – an ERP project, and the truth is that the reasoning was not clear to them.
So, instead of doing a preliminary ERP project, we decided to do everything in reverse – we started with the application!
We found an ERP that would provide a solution behind the scenes – a limited system, only for what the application needs.
And so, in true start-up approach, we put up a system that provides a complete solution from the field.
Now – the company manages all its projects from the field!
Project management – all project data, contacts, tasks, placements, customer orders
Assignment management – the assignment of employees to the various projects, including the details of the project, and the work to be performed
Employee reports – regarding the tasks
Inventory management – the products used to carry out the project, and billing of the project accordingly
Collection and return of customer equipment – taken for repair in the laboratory
And so, we provided a solution that gives power and control over the projects and employees in real time. We reduced the number of errors and a significant amount of office work, and we improved the service and customer satisfaction.
