Michal Stahl Diskin, founder and owner of the company, and an information systems engineer with over 25 years of experience in managing information systems.
My team and I specialize in solving problems and challenges in processes and systems.
Sapir Sigler Miretzky, VP of Project Management, manages dozens of projects all the way from the characterization process through to its implementation.
We have an experienced team working with us to lead projects all the way from the idea stage to its characterization and finally to its implementation. We are able to solve the challenges of organizations through the mapping and adjustment of applications and computing, ultimately creating a significant change and making the organization more efficient and advanced.

We performed an analysis of the existing situation and found that the company works with an old financial system, and that inventory and production are not managed effectively.
We decided to manage the project in two phases:
Phase 1 – choose the next ERP system and transfer to it only the work that is completed manually and in Excel, without replacing the financial system
Phase 2 – replace the financial management system with the ERP system that was implemented in Phase 1
