An application in Arabic that connects to the organizational ERP
I recently managed a fascinating project in a company that decided to manage the work of their field personnel (window installers) strictly and precisely.
The project included deepening the implementation of the ERP system, so that production is well managed, and at the end of production there is a report on each finished product on a serial level.
The serials (the windows in our case 😊) are sent to the field and then, through an application for the field personnel, the workers were supposed to report the installation, and if they were missing something, mark what was missing, so that they can have it sent from the factory to the construction site.
But… what do you do when a large part of the workers do not speak, and certainly do not know how to read Hebrew? An application that allows multiple languages, including Arabic
