In this video, I explain the services I offer to organizations:
- Locating efficiency projects – locating projects with a high ROI, projects whose cost will be less than the value/income it will bring to the organization, projects that will save work time, cause an increase in income, or reduce expenses or other values such as improving the quality of service.
- Information system consulting – locating the appropriate information system and supplier to carry out the project.
- Project management – I bring my extensive experience in the field and manage the project for the organization in order to allow the organization to continue its current work and shorten processes and decision-making.
There are some organizations that I accompany from the beginning of the process right until the end – I help them find the right project for the organization, locate the information system for them and manage the project for them. There are some organizations that have already chosen their project and maybe even the information system, and my role is to only manage the project. And there are some organizations that I only help at the initial stage of locating the project and the system, and they manage the project themselves. What does your organization need?
