Construction of a work plan, budget and schedule for the project to replace the computer systems, management and characterization of the project.
Changing the ERP system to Priority Manufacturing ERP with different work methods in each of the factories, deepening the implementation and integration into the MES system that manages the production floor, field applications for a warehouse management system (WMS), distribution for drivers, an application for salespeople and a system for managing documents and digital signatures.
The new systems created a connection between the office staff and the field staff, transparency of information, availability of information online and accuracy in inventory management.

The project allowed the online collection of accurate information from the many teams in the field. This information created savings and placed employees in appropriate and ready-to-start projects, saving time and money, as well as creating significant value for the clients who receive information about the status of progress and accurate shortages.

This project provided an understanding of the alternative options and the costs the company would face.

Managed an efficiency project in the group’s factories, deepening of implementation in the existing ERP system, added production management processes, deepened infrastructures in preparation for the application project for production reports, managed a characterization and implementation project of an application for production reports, characterized and implemented an application for quality management with integration into the ERP system.
This project eliminated the paperwork on the production floor and computerized the production and quality reports, receiving information online and meeting audit requirements.

Managed an application reduction project. The company had several applications in addition to an ERP system. The synchronization between the applications was partly manual and required double entry of data.
As part of this project, we replaced the applications with one application connected to the ERP system, thereby creating a continuous connection between the field data and the ERP system, saving work time and reducing manual work time.
